The soft, supple and flexible structure of ERTUL manufactured double jersey knit mattress ticking is used by many companies the world over as a mattress over used with or without quilting. Double plated knit ticking machinery is used for the production of double jersey knitted mattress ticking with a surface, base and filler material that provides a three dimensionality to the fabric. Varying weight, structure, color and design options are available upon customer demand.
In our factory which is capable of jacquard and plain weaving, our latest technology machines are using yarns of cotton, polyester, viscose, wool, linen, and blends of different proportions. Ertul Textile, which produces serial, quality and error-free production, produces woven fabrics in accordance with customer requirements with its fully equipped facility.
